The Axe Process

Our price includes everything apart from transport, site servicing, earthworks, foundation, permits, surveys, and Tarion / HCRA costs, as these are location and site dependent. Typically these range between $30,000 and $50,000, but may be higher or lower depending on a range of factors.

Initial Evaluation:  $900

Fully-refundable. Discounted from the final purchase price.
Includes:

  • Initial discussion

  • Evaluation of location requirements

  • Property evaluation

  • Preliminary site plan

Permit Application: $9500

Non-refundable. Discounted from the final purchase price.
Includes:

  • Building Permit Application

  • Firm price

  • Schedule

  • Onsite services evaluation - electrical, water, sewer, internet

  • Logistics and installation plan

  • Any required professional surveys & studies will incur additional costs

Installments

Instalment 1: 40% of remaining balance

Includes:

  • Procurement of long-lead items

  • Unit fabrication

  • Initial onsite work

  • Deficiency walkthrough

  • Achieving occupancy from AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction)
