Our price includes everything (including appliances!) apart from HST, transport, site servicing, earthworks, foundation, permits, surveys, and Tarion / HCRA costs, as these are location and site dependent. Typically these range between $30,000 and $50,000, but may be higher or lower depending on a range of factors.
